A hitchhikers’ guide to the Navajo Nation

WINDOW ROCK — Lando Uentillie was leaning against a guardrail on Arizona Highway 264 Thursday afternoon, waiting for a ride home.
That stretch of road in Window Rock is a popular spot for Navajo Tribal members who depend on good Samaritans to get to their destinations.
